Our Methodology

Healthcare724 concentrates on three primary service areas… Business Process, IT Strategy, and Implementation. Because we are independent and objective, you can count on us to consistently deliver in a way that is loyal and committed to your needs. Our knowledge of healthcare software packages enables us to be your Go-To firm for software evaluation and implementation. We leverage a field-ready version of the industry standard Six Sigma approach of DMAIC along with appropriate functional knowledge, project management, risk mitigation, and skills transfer to client personnel. This means we have the tools and techniques to diagnose your particular circumstances, then we find and solve the root cause so that you save time and money. Our approach also includes profound methods for Cost-Benefit and ROI analysis, and we bridge the gap by spanning from business expertise through IT expertise for system implementation.

The underlying methodology at Healthcare724 is based on the framework of "DMAIC" in the body of knowledge known as the basis for Six Sigma. DMAIC is an acronym that represents the 5 stages of process improvement: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. Within each of these stages, we are able to leverage deliverable framework templates and/or technique guidelines for key activities. The Info724 methodology contains over 50 specific “Tools” which are field-ready to support effective and proven methods. At Client during this engagement, we plan to provide services that fall within the stages of Define, Measure, and Analyze, meaning purely strategic, analysis, and planning type of services given that there are no implementation activities included within this engagement. Implementation type of services (i.e. the stages of Improve and Control) can be planned for subsequent engagements together. Here is an overview of the Info724 methodology for discussion purposes:
